Graduate Certificate in Mediation and Conflict Resolution: University of San Diego

The Kroc School of Peace Studies at the University of San Diego, in collaboration with the Imagine Center for Conflict Transformation, invites you to apply for the Graduate Certificate in Mediation & Conflict Resolution. This program provides an opportunity for students to participate in a semester-long full-time program that takes place partially online and partially in-person. 

The courses will cover two core areas: Theory & Analysis (1 course), and Practice & Professional Development (2 courses). The certificate program includes a residency at the University of San Diego campus and the remote completion of a capstone course over the following semester. The online portion of the program is conducted from September 1 to December 15 during the Fall 2024 semester, followed by a residency from October 18 to November 3, 2024, at the University of San Diego.  

The program is open to citizens of any country, with full and partial scholarships currently available for applicants from Armenia Azerbaijan, Georgia, and Ukraine.

Who is the program for? 

The program is designed for civil society leaders, social scientists, peace and conflict practitioners and activists, and others committed to working towards conflict resolution. A bachelor’s degree is required.
